Worked as a Front-End Engineer within the development team building a Project, Program & Portfolio Management (P3MO) system for MIND ID (Indonesia's mining industry holding), a large-scale platform for managing investment and project data across dozens of subsidiary projects. The system was built following Agile/Incremental methodology, with each module developed, reviewed, and validated together with the client through iterative feedback sessions. Architected and developed the front-end as a React Single Page Application using a feature-module structure, React Query for server-state management, a separated API layer, and Ant Design for a consistent, enterprise-grade UI. Key modules delivered: 1. Authentication and role-based access control 2. Dashboard Overview with portfolio KPI cards, cumulative progress vs. target charts, and a geographic project distribution map 3. Dashboard Projects and Dashboard Portfolio, including comparative analysis views (CAPEX, duration, physical progress, SPI/CPI) with data visualizations 4. Project Detail dashboards covering S-curve & EVM, Gantt chart, cost tracking, risk, issue, permitting, and activity logs 5. PIMS module with multi-filter search (company, status, workflow) and pagination for large project lists 6. PDF report generation and a notification center 7. Admin settings for master data (companies, currency, risk types, issues, feasibility studies, messaging templates) and user/role management with an approval workflow Also took part in software testing, including white-box and black-box testing across dozens of use cases, plus responsiveness testing validated across desktop, tablet, and mobile — all passing without layout issues. The result was a fully functional, responsive project and investment management system that was successfully implemented and validated with MIND ID, laying the groundwork for the company's continued digitalization of project and investment management.
