I turn messy spreadsheets into checked, usable data: merged exports, consistent dates and phone formats, duplicate review and a change log that shows every edit. I also build formula-based Excel summaries and short reports, do sourced market research, and translate business content between English and Chinese (native Mandarin and Cantonese, fluent English). I use AI tools for a first pass and check every result against the source before delivery. My portfolio samples use fictional data or public sources.
