What else does this regimen include?
It includes sets and reps, as well as fundamental and unique exercises.
How is strength training different from other types?
It focuses on heavier weight training that is normally lower on reps; and higher on sets. It has a heavy focus on compound lifts. (Ex. deadlift, backsquat, bench press, overhead press) However, these compound lifts are not entirely needed to achieve great strength.
Is strength training beneficial for weight loss?
Yes and no. You will burn fat at an incredibly efficient rate, but in turn gain weight from muscle mass.
What makes you different than any other planner?
I do not make cookie-cutter plans, and adjust around your schedule to best fit you.
Do you need a gym with equipment for this strength building program?
Yes. I do offer a hypertrophy training plan on my account that works well without a gym.
Will I be able to ask questions about the plan throughout my journey?
