As an IT & Hardware Support Intern at DISDUKCAPIL Bandung Regency, I supported the maintenance and daily operation of ADM (Anjungan Dukcapil Mandiri) systems to ensure reliable public service delivery. I worked alongside the technical team to diagnose and resolve hardware and system-related issues. My responsibilities included maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, repairing ADM machines, servicing card printing devices, installing operating systems and drivers, replacing hardware components, and performing routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Throughout the internship, I gained hands-on experience in technical support, hardware diagnostics, and problem-solving while assisting with daily IT operations. This experience strengthened my ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced service environment.
