I’ve worked with this seller before, so I trusted them again. They agreed to make design changes that weren’t difficult, with a 5-day timeline (even though it should’ve taken 1–2). Instead, it took 8 days. Communication was poor—they ignored messages and falsely claimed they were in the hospital, though...
