Hello dear Md Nayeem, My company provides consulting and support solutions to businesses exhibiting at trade shows in France, and I am writing to you because I am looking for a long-term partner to assist me in building my calling lists. Here is the assignment I would like to entrust to you: • Based on a predefined list of French companies, identify the relevant contacts within these organizations (Marketing Director, Sales Director, Business Development Director, Event Manager, Trade Show Manager, etc.) who are the descision-makers about the trade shows in which they participate • Then qualify a database that will be used by my sales representatives, including the following information for each identified contact: Industry sector, reference trade show, first name, last name, company name, company size, job title, LinkedIn profile, email address, and phone number. The methodology would be as follows: we provide you with a list of trade shows that take place exclusively in France. Based on this list, you identify the companies (most are French) that participated in the most recent edition and deliver a list of the relevant contacts within those companies. The objective is to obtain a volume of approximately 2,500 contacts across 1,000 companies per month. A detailed specification document is ready for this request, but before going any further, could you please let me know whether you provide this type of service and, if so, what the budget would be for this assignment?
