What email providers do you work with?
I work with every email provider. The fundamentals of email services are the same for most. I use professional industry tools, methods and over 20 years of experience to ensure no downtime, no emails lost and 100% satisfaction.
Can you help me setup new mailboxes if I don't have that yet?
Yes I can help you setup new mailboxes. I'll provide you with help to purchase the new email service. When that's done and you have an administrator login, I will set everything up for you.
What do I need to provide you for email migrations?
1. Old and new email provider's administrator login details or login details for the old and new mailboxes. 2. Login details for the domain host so I can make DNS record changes needed.
Will there be any downtime?
No, I will perform seamless migration. You'll be able to continue sending and receiving emails throughout the migration.
Will I lose any emails?
No the migration will be a copy migration with the original email data only being copied with no chance of an accidental deletion.
What is included in your mailbox migration?
Mailbox migration includes migration of your emails, calendar items, and contacts.
Can you move my files and documents to my new platform too?
Yes I can provide a data migration to compliment your mailbox migration. Let me know what you need and I can provide a custom offer.
