Which platforms can you troubleshoot?
n8n, Make and Zapier, plus API and webhook-based integrations generally. I can also look into integrations involving OpenAI, Claude, CRMs, Google Sheets, Airtable and other commonly connected services.
What access will you need?
Depending on the problem, I may need temporary access to the automation platform, the relevant API/integration settings, or test credentials. I'll confirm exactly what's needed after reviewing the issue, and I follow Fiverr's guidelines for handling access and credentials securely.
Can you fix OpenAI or Claude API errors?
Yes — authentication issues, request/response handling, data mapping and how the API is wired into the wider workflow can all be investigated.
What if my workflow needs to be rebuilt rather than repaired?
If a repair isn't sensible, or the underlying architecture needs significant changes, I'll explain why and recommend the Premium package or a custom offer before doing any further work — no surprise scope creep.

Yes. Performance, removing unnecessary steps, better error handling and reliability improvements can be included in the larger packages or scoped separately.
