I designed and developed a full scale, secure CRM and case management system for Trustonics organization requiring strict data security, document handling, and role based workflows. The platform includes separate portals for clients and staff, a centralized admin CRM, real time data synchronization, cloud deployment on Azure, and automation for notifications and scheduling. I developed a responsive B2B Car Trading Portal tailored for verified car dealers. The portal includes a secure login system, Airtable-powered inventory (brand, model, VIN, year), and mobile compatibility. Dealers can manage car listings, receive customer purchase requests with 24-hour confirmation, track requests with timers, and allow customers to send price suggestions. The front-end design is clean and simple, with filter options by brand and year. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized dealers, ensuring privacy and security. This project streamlined the client’s inventory management and request handling, improving efficiency and user experience.
