Do I need to create Google Play Console?
Yes If you haven't then you need to create Google Play Developer account. For Google Play, an organization account is preferable to avoid needing 20 testers. After then I will help you to upload the app
What is Push Notification & How does it Work?
By push notification, you can send Text, specific links, and more for all app users. Like the special offers, an announcement, information, reminder to use your apps, and more. I will guide you how to sent push notification.
