Leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives across Spartans Global and its WEJ Shoes and Onsole brands. Responsible for MIS reporting structures, Chart of Accounts design and rollout, cross-department training coordination, live UAT execution, and ensuring ERP workflows remain aligned with evolving business operations and tax-compliance requirements. ●Led end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across Spartans Global, coordinating Finance, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, and HR. ●Completed Odoo v16 → v19 upgrade for WEJ Shoes, covering data migration, workflows, reporting, testing, and user readiness. ●Designed and implemented Odoo v19 Chart of Accounts, collaborating with Finance on structure, mapping, validation, and rollout. ●Developed COA scope documents, implementation architecture questions, and recommendations for stakeholder review. ●Built and maintained MIS reporting structures across ERP modules to improve reporting accuracy, timeliness, and management visibility. ●Worked with department heads to map MIS data flows and align ERP reporting with operational requirements. ●Managed the external implementation partner for ERP training scope, planning, scheduling, and delivery. ●Coordinated department-wise Odoo training across Inventory & Purchase, Sales & Manufacturing, Accounting, and HR. ●Scoped Accounting training around purchase-to-payment, order-to-cash, and month-end closing processes. ●Validated COA mapping and conducted live, scenario-based UAT with department teams to ensure ERP readiness. ●Coordinated UAT schedules, test scenarios, team participation, and follow-up actions across departments. ●Translated business requirements into practical ERP workflows, reporting structures, and implementation recommendations. ●Served as the key liaison between MIS, Finance, business teams, and consultants throughout implementation, testing, training, and go-live.
