• Digitize logos, monograms and custom artwork into machine-ready files for single-head and multi-head embroidery machines. • Create optimized designs for caps, left chest, jacket backs, patches, applique and 3D puff embroidery. • Set correct stitch types, density, underlay, pull compensation and stitch direction according to fabric type (cotton, pique, denim, fleece, caps). • Minimize trims, jumps and color changes to improve production speed and stitch-out quality. • Convert low-resolution JPG/PNG images into clean, scalable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) by manual redrawing. • Prepare color-separated and print-ready artwork for screen printing, DTF, vinyl cutting and laser engraving. • Deliver files in client-required formats along with stitch count, color sheet and design preview. • Communicate directly with clients, handle revisions promptly and maintain on-time delivery.
