Unfortunately, this was a very difficult experience. After deciding the logo work was not satisfactory, I requested cancellation/refund multiple times, but the requests continued to be declined and the funds were held for an extended period. Fiverr ultimately had to step in and resolve the situation...

The expectation was higher considering the persons portfolio, but delivery was ok, could have been better. I guess most of her portfolio is AI made, its kind of obvious now.
