We work remotely from bd. Our head office Virginia, United States. Medical Management Strategies- Field experts in medical billing. Our company researches, studies, manages, operates and bills for medical practices. Responsibilities: 1. Handling patient accounts and work with deposit/withdraw credits. Keeping records for all transactions and billing claims to insurances. 2. Speaking and working with US-based Doctors, Patients and Insurance companies including making out-bound calls. 3. Have good proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and medical coding, adept at billing, record maintenance, and clinical procedures. 4. Oversaw Billing Department functions including medical coding, charge entry, payment posting and reimbursement management & able to handle authorization, referral coordination, eligibility verification, claims processing, denials management, payments, accounts receivable (AR), and report generation. 5. Handling confidential patient medical information and research for proper medical billing. 6. Collaborated with medical providers (Doctors) and office management to determine billing and documentation policies and ensure compliance. 7. Working on web designs, creative writing and online websites and social media for marketing and growing business. 8. Implemented the setup of new practice management software and business models. 9. Research insurance policies/eligibility and educated medical staff and other employees towards efficiency and better knowledge. 10. Established and maintained key partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and industry stakeholders. 11. Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times as well as deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, including policies, billing regulations, coding practices, and HIPAA compliance.
