What information do I need to provide to get started?
Share your domain name, hosting provider, DNS provider or registrar, and a description of the issue. Screenshots of any errors are helpful. I will review and confirm the fix before any work begins.
How long does DNS propagation take after changes?
DNS propagation typically takes between 15 minutes and 48 hours depending on TTL settings and your DNS provider. I monitor propagation status and confirm once the changes are live globally.
Will my website go down during the Cloudflare migration?
No. I migrate DNS records to Cloudflare before switching nameservers to ensure zero downtime. The transition is seamless when done correctly.
Can you fix SSL errors on WordPress behind Cloudflare?
Yes. This is one of the most common issues I handle — including redirect loops, ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS, mixed content warnings, and SSL mode mismatches between Cloudflare and the origin server.
Do you provide access credentials or login details back after the fix?
Yes. If I need temporary access to your Cloudflare account, cPanel, or hosting dashboard, I request only what is needed and confirm when access can be removed after the work is complete.
Is CDN setup included in the basic package?
CDN configuration is included in the Premium package. The Basic package covers DNS and domain fixes only. The Standard package handles Cloudflare and SSL. Please contact me if you need a custom combination.
