What I need from you:

A floor plan with accurate dimensions. Elevations or reference images showing window placement and other exterior details. If you have DWG or SketchUp files, that's preferred, but if not, a PDF with clear dimensions will work. If you only have a sketch, please provide the dimensions so I can work from it.
