Yes. This is a fully functional end-to-end Teleradiology solution including PACS integration, multi-user roles, reporting workflow, hospital data isolation, and a patient portal for DICOM image access
Can multiple hospitals use the system at the same time?
Absolutely. The system is designed with a multi-hospital architecture, where each hospital has separate and secure data access. Hospitals can only view their own studies and reports after finalization.
What user roles are supported in the system?
The system supports multiple role-based users including: Admin Radiologists Reviewers Technologists Hospital Users Each role has custom permissions and access control.
Can patients view their DICOM images and reports online?
Yes. A secure patient portal is included where patients can log in and view their DICOM images and finalized reports from any device.
Does this system integrate with existing PACS?
No. The system supports standard DICOM protocols and can integrate only with our custom deployed PACS
Is the system cloud-based or on-premise?
Both options are available. The system can be deployed on cloud servers or on-premise infrastructure, depending on your compliance and operational requirements.
Do you provide customization and support after delivery?
Yes. I offer customization, integration support, deployment assistance, and post-delivery support additional charges will be paid for that
