The output is unacceptable. Despite clear references, the work is a generic AI result, which is exactly what we hired a freelancer to avoid. It doesn't reflect 11 days of effort or the agreed value. This delay has put us in a difficult position, and it's clear we aren't on the same page. I'm cancelling...

Small delay at the start, but they listened to everything I asked and created something that was extremely fitting. Great details and communication. Outside the small delays a perfect experience. Highly recommend for anybody wishing for a good looking Steam Capsule.
