I was responsible for sales enablement, providing marketing and sales teams with the tools, training, and content needed to boost productivity. This role involved coordinating across multiple departments to help sales teams reach qualified prospects and close deals more efficiently. For example, the marketing team created blog posts, video tutorials, case studies, and other resources that sales teams used to educate prospects before, during, and after meetings. Some of these resources were also leveraged to pre-qualify leads, streamlining the sales process. I also offered ongoing coaching to ensure sales teams understood how to access and effectively use these resources. On the technical side, I integrated Orcanos sales operation tools—including AWS, Orcanos, CLM, CRM, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Smartlook, and Intercom—along with the company website into a unified data warehouse. This enabled marketing to perform advanced analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
