Up to 10 slides: commercial scorecard, slide-by-slide comments and five priority fixes.
STANDARD
Up to 15 slides: Basic plus a recommended storyline, rewritten slide headlines and a 45-minute debrief.
PREMIUM
Standard plus a 45-minute pitch rehearsal, challenging questions and feedback on your answers.
Best for founders with an existing deck who want candid, specific feedback before an important conversation.
Visual redesign, financial-model construction, investor introductions and fundraising execution are excluded. Funding is not guaranteed.

How is your review different from a design review?
I assess the business argument behind your slides: customer problem, paying buyer, revenue logic, differentiation, traction and ask. My background includes KPMG, ING venture building and Singapore SME advisory. You receive specific comments and prioritised fixes.
What is the commercial scorecard?
A structured assessment of six areas: customer problem, target buyer, business model, differentiation, traction and the ask. It identifies strengths, gaps and evidence needed. It is an advisory framework, not an investor rating or prediction of funding success.
Will you rewrite or redesign my deck?
All packages include written feedback. Standard and Premium also include a recommended storyline and rewritten slide headlines, delivered as text. Full slide copywriting, visual redesign and financial-model construction are excluded.
Who is this service best suited to?
Early-stage founders with an existing English-language deck preparing for investor, accelerator or business conversations. Basic covers up to 10 slides; Standard and Premium cover up to 15. Please send your audience and deadline before ordering if you are unsure.
What does a revision cover?
One consolidated round of corrections or clarifications to my written feedback on the original deck. It does not include a new deck review, additional slides, a full rewrite or extra calls.
Can you introduce investors or guarantee funding?
No. Investor introductions, fundraising execution and funding guarantees are excluded. I can identify weaknesses, help clarify your story and rehearse difficult questions. Investor decisions remain outside the scope of this service.
How do the live sessions work?
Basic is written delivery only. Standard includes one 45-minute debrief. Premium includes that debrief plus a separate 45-minute pitch rehearsal with questions and feedback. Sessions are arranged through Fiverr at mutually agreed times.
