Brought in as a freelance developer to build an MVP for a B2B demand generation agency running appointment setting and pipeline operations for enterprise tech clients. The engagement turned into a four-year run as their Lead Software Engineer. Built the first version of the platform end to end, from architecture to deployment on AWS — using Laravel and Vue.js. Once the core product was stable and proven, the client decided to commercialize it and sell it as a standalone SaaS product. I led that transition, expanding the platform's scope and leading a team of six engineers through the full rebuild. Version two is now in the final stages. Over the course of this engagement, I've owned everything from system architecture and infrastructure to team management, code reviews, and release cycles. Stack: Laravel · Vue.js · AWS
