Currently conducting cross-sectional research study titled "Extent of Dietary Supplement Overuse in a University Setting" targeting 352 university students in Lahore, Pakistan. Adapted validated questionnaire from peer-reviewed study (PMID: 36251676) to assess prevalence, patterns, reasons, and side effects of supplement misuse. Collected 206 responses (58.5% of target) through online Google Forms distributed via WhatsApp student networks. Performing comprehensive data analysis using SPSS statistical software including descriptive frequencies, pie charts, and chi-square testing for association between gender and supplement use. Compiled 27 PubMed/PMC peer-reviewed references supporting literature review. Calculated required sample size (n=317) using single proportion formula with 10% non-response adjustment. Developing awareness intervention featuring posters and seminars based on preliminary findings. Project demonstrates proficiency in research design, questionnaire adaptation, SPSS analysis, sample size calculation, and evidence-based public health interventions.
