My product data is a mess. Can you still work with it?
1. Product data file (CSV, XLSX or Sheet link). 2. Product images or a URL to access them. 3. Shopify staff access (Settings>Users) - no password. 4. Product count and package purchased. 5. Organization prefs - categories, naming, existing collections. 6. Link to 1-2 products you like, if any.
Do I have to give you my Shopify password?
No, and please don't. Shopify staff accounts let you grant limited access and revoke it in one click when we're done. I'll walk you through it if you haven't done it before.
What if I have more than 300 products?
Message me. I've handled catalogs over 14,000 SKUs and I'll send a custom offer with realistic pricing and a timeline - bulk work should get bulk pricing.
Can you write the product descriptions too?
I optimize and format descriptions you provide, and I write the SEO titles and meta descriptions. If you need descriptions written from scratch, tell me the product count and I'll quote it.
Will this hurt my existing products or theme?
No. I only add and edit the products we agree on. I don't touch your theme, apps or existing listings unless you specifically ask.
How do you handle variants?
Size, color, material or any combination - configured with correct SKUs, pricing, inventory and images mapped to the right variant. Variants are where most cheap uploads break, so it's the part I check most carefully.
What timezone are you in?
US Eastern - I'm in Michigan. Most messages get a reply within the hour during the day.
