What do you need from me to start the project?
Please share your floor plans, dimensions, sketches, existing 3D model (if available), and design references. The more accurate the information, the more precisely I can develop your design and renders.
Can you design an interior or exterior from scratch?
Yes. I can develop interior or exterior designs based on your plans, measurements, requirements, and references. Design and 3D modeling are included in the Standard and Premium packages within their specified scope.
Do you use AI to generate your architectural designs?
My architectural designs and 3D models are developed through a professional modeling workflow, not one-click AI generation. AI may assist with visual post-production, but architectural accuracy, proportions, and the original design remain the foundation.
Can you render my existing SketchUp or 3D model?
Absolutely. I can work with your existing 3D model to improve materials, textures, lighting, and overall visual realism while preserving the original architectural geometry. Please share your model before ordering so I can check compatibility.
What is included in each package?
Basic includes 1 render from your existing 3D model. Standard includes design and modeling of 1 interior room OR house facade with 2 renders. Premium includes 1 interior room AND 1 house facade with 4 renders. All services follow the agreed project scope.
Can I request changes to the design or renders?
Yes. Revisions are included according to your selected package. They cover reasonable adjustments to the agreed design, materials, colors, or lighting. Major redesigns or changes to the original scope may require an additional fee.
Will I receive the editable 3D model or source files?
High-resolution rendered images are included in the packages. Editable 3D models and source files are not included by default but may be provided as an additional service, depending on the project and agreed scope.
Do you provide architectural walkthrough animations?
Yes, I can also create architectural walkthrough animations. However, animations and 360-degree views are not included in the standard packages. Please contact me to discuss the scope and receive a custom quote.
