Google Play Blocking Your App Update? I'll Fix It Fast!
Since August 31, 2026, Google Play requires every app update to target Android 16 (API level 36). Many Flutter apps also fail the 16 KB memory page size check because of old native packages. I fix both so you can publish updates again.
What I Do:
- API 36 Update: compileSdk, targetSdk, Gradle, AGP, Kotlin and NDK upgrades
- 16 KB Page Size Fix: find and replace packages with old native libraries

Will my app be removed from Google Play?
No, but you cannot publish any new updates until the app targets API 36. Existing users keep the old version.
What is the 16 KB page size problem?
Newer Android devices use 16 KB memory pages. Apps with old native libraries can crash or get rejected. I find the packages causing it and update or replace them.
Is the deadline extension still available?
Google allowed extension requests until November 1, 2026. Check your Play Console, and message me early so your app is ready in time.
Will updating break my app?
Big upgrades can change how packages behave. I test the release build and fix any issues before delivery.
Do you need my Play Console access?
Only for the Premium package, to upload the update. Add me as a team member with release permissions. I never need your password.
