Overall the work is good quality, but there are certain details that have not been adjusted after providing the feedback on how it could be further improved (e.g. having the robobic voice voiceover is preferred / a less soft Aussie accent). Although I was able to get my ad, which was what I expected for the amount paid, communication wise with this person was not where I would have liked it to be. Other freelancers will be more open and cooperative with you

On the plus side, she has a different creativity pov which makes the videos look different than what I receive with the same material & request.
