I work as a remote virtual law clerk / legal assistant, supporting attorneys with high-volume litigation matters through document preparation and administrative case management (not legal advice). My focus is helping counsel move faster by delivering clean, court-ready drafts from templates and maintaining organized, reliable case files. My core strengths include formatting pleadings and motion packages, converting and cleaning PDF-to-Word documents, preparing discovery response templates (“flipping”), and creating clearly labeled exhibit PDFs from emails/screenshots while preserving originals. I also handle Microsoft 365/OneDrive case organization, including saving emails as .eml, extracting attachments, managing version control, and separating client documents vs. privileged/work product to reduce risk. I communicate in a concise, attorney-friendly style, providing brief status updates, clear file paths, and quality-control checks so attorneys can review and file with confidence.
