Will it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp Business Platform integration can be added for clients who need the agent to reply directly on WhatsApp.
What do you need before starting?
Please provide your business goal, website URL, desired workflow, FAQs/documents, branding details, and approved access for any required API or database.
What can the AI agent do?
It can answer customer questions, search product data, check stock, retrieve verified order details, create support tickets, qualify leads, route requests to a human, and automate approved business workflows.
Can the agent connect to my CRM or database?
Standard and Premium packages can include one limited approved integration. Complex integrations, multiple systems, sensitive customer data, payment flows, SAP/ERP, or WhatsApp require a custom quote.
Will the agent make actions automatically?
The system is designed to use approved tools and business data as the source of truth. This reduces hallucinations, but accurate results depend on correct and updated business data.
Are hosting and AI API costs included?
No. Hosting, domain, paid AI-model usage, and third-party subscriptions are paid separately by the client.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Source code and appropriate handover notes are included in every package.
