Do I need a Shopify store to use this?
The order-lookup feature requires Shopify (Admin API access). The policy chatbot itself can work with any store or website.
What AI model do you use?
The core system uses Google's Gemini with a custom retrieval pipeline (RAG) built from your documents. If you have a preference for a different LLM (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), that can be arranged too — just mention it when we start
Will it give wrong answers?
The bot only answers from documents you provide (RAG-based), and is built to detect conflicting policies and escalate rather than guess — reducing hallucination risk significantly compared to generic AI chatbots.
Can I see a live demo?
Yes — message me and I'll share a working demo link.
Where will the chatbot be hosted?
I'll deploy it with real HTTPS on a live URL as part of Premium — either on your own server/cloud account or a managed instance I set up for you. Fully flexible based on what you need.
Can the chatbot support multiple languages?
Yes, available as an add-on — tested and configured for your specific languages before delivery.
How many revisions do I get?
3 for Basic, 4 for Standard, and unlimited for Premium. Extra revisions can also be purchased individually.
Is my data secure?
Yes — admin access is login-protected, debug mode is disabled in production, and all traffic runs over HTTPS.
What if I need a feature that's not listed in the packages?
No problem — the packages cover the most common needs, but this system is built to be extended. Message me with what you're looking for and I'll scope it in as a custom add-on or tailored package.
Can this integrate with platforms other than Shopify?
The current build is optimized for Shopify, but the architecture (RAG + routing + order lookup) can be adapted to other platforms like WooCommerce or a custom store — happy to discuss your setup.
