Will the AI make up answers if it doesn't know something?
No. This is a RAG-based system, meaning it only answers using information from your actual documents. If the answer isn't in your files, it won't guess or hallucinate a response.
What file types can it read?
PDFs, Word documents, and text files. Let me know your specific document types before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
How many documents can it handle?
The Basic package supports up to 50 pages. Standard and Premium support larger and multiple document sets. Message me your document volume for an accurate estimate.
Can this be hosted online, or does it run only on my computer?
It can be deployed either way. I include Docker setup so it runs reliably on your own server or a cloud host — I'll guide you through deployment options based on your needs.
Can you use OpenAI's API instead of Gemini?
Yes. The system is built to work with any major LLM provider — OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or others — depending on your preference, budget, or existing subscriptions.
What if I need changes after delivery?
