I started Consecutive Bytes in Lahore in 2015 and still run it with a team of developers, designers and QA. A big part of our work now is AI and generative AI, and we run it on private infrastructure so client data stays private. We build AI chatbots and assistants trained on a business's own content, and we add local LLM features like summaries, product titles and descriptions, text-to-SQL and image understanding to existing systems. On the image side we handle text-to-image and image-to-video generation, AI product photo editing, background removal, banners and collages. We also build scraping and automation pipelines that pull data from almost any website or feed and pass it into AI workflows for product data, research and content. We still build custom web apps, online stores and SaaS products too: SocialEngine and mooSocial social networks, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento stores, Laravel, Node.js and React apps, CRMs, POS systems, Chrome extensions and Google Merchant Center feeds. We also make and sell our own SocialEngine themes and plugins. I handle client communication, project scoping and technical direction. The agency has delivered 500+ projects since we started.
