What level do i need to be to have all showcases?
To have all the basic showcases you need to be atleast level 50 which will cost around 25$..
Where can i level up my Steam profile?
You can buy cards and craft badges yourself. You can also buy a set of cards from different 'bots' but you will need to do research or ask me. Each badge you craft / level up will have a minimum cost of around 25 cents.
