Developed custom AI chatbot projects for small businesses, including a banquet and event business in Oman, a real estate company in the United States, and a beauty salon. The chatbots were designed to answer customer questions, explain services, share business information, collect leads, and assist with booking or appointment requests. I worked on business-specific chatbot knowledge, responsive chat interfaces, conversation flow, API integration, testing, and deployment. My tools include Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and AI API integrations.
