I design flat-pack metal products as plasma cutting DXF files: kits that slot together, ship flat and sell. Grills, puzzles, shelves and stands are drawn with tab-and-slot joints sized to your plate and kerf, and I clean and nest existing files so your table cuts them first time. Core work: • collapsible grills • metal puzzles • flat-pack furniture • DXF cleanup • sheet nesting. I work in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Illustrator daily.
