This is For a program Called "Wallpaper Engine" on Steam for Pc/Android, I will Animate an Image, Wallpaper for you, do note that I only Animate existing images that you provide, I do not draw or edit from scratch.
I do output a video file (see order extras)

BASIC:
Effects + Movement on main(1) character or subject only
Effects:
-fire, ember, ash, smoke, fog
-water flowing, ripple, waves, splash, rain or snow
-lights, light particles, shine, light shafts, 'magical' effects
-falling leaves, stars, dust, sand
Movements:
-character breathing, idle stance, swaying head/hand/feet/body
-hair and clothes moving with the wind
-Logo, Object, Name, Title floating
STANDARD:
Effects + Movement on main(1) character and some background objects
PREMIUM:
Effects + Movement on mutiple characters and background objects
-will add audio reactive stuff if possible: Audio Bars, pulsing lights etc.
-Working Date, Time
-can add an option/toggle to change some effect colors or even turn them on/off
for Looping a Video File, .mp4 1080p max. (see order extras)
I can do NSFW images but you have to add the "raw files" extra.

FAQ
Do you output a Video file?
I do mainly wallpaper engine format, but yes, for an extra on the order page, I do 1080p.mp4 max
why does NSFW content cost extra?
i do NSFW content but it cannot be published on the workshop publicly because of risk getting banned, so we need to prepare the raw files and send it to you directly so you can apply it on your own wallpaper engine, (extra on the order page).
how about Copyright Images/wallpapers?
Yes I animate them as well, i only sell the service of animating an image, as said in the about section, I do not make or draw them and I do not own them :)
