In my role as Housing Manager at Lesley Homes Lets, I managed the tenant journey from initial enquiry through to move-out. I responded to prospective tenants through SpareRoom, Facebook and direct messaging, qualified enquiries, booked viewings and maintained regular follow-up to help minimise void periods. I coordinated new tenant referencing, compliance checks, tenancy administration and move-in arrangements, while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date. Throughout each tenancy, I logged and managed maintenance reports, communicated with tenants, contractors and cleaners, and followed issues through to completion. I also arranged inspections, check-outs, cleaning and maintenance between tenancies, helping ensure properties were prepared promptly for incoming tenants. Key achievements included: • Managing tenant communication across several channels while maintaining a responsive and professional service • Supporting faster property turnaround and reduced void exposure through organised enquiry and viewing management • Coordinating referencing, compliance, move-ins and move-outs from start to finish • Maintaining accurate CRM and tenant records • Acting as the central point of contact between tenants, maintenance contractors, cleaners and management • Resolving maintenance enquiries efficiently and keeping tenants informed throughout
