I build agents and automations for the clients of Real Funnels, a marketing agency for physio clinics, and I helped the agency with cold email to win its own clients. On the automation side, my work includes two automations that sync calendars both ways between GoHighLevel and Cliniko, AI voice agents that answer calls, and chatbots that handle enquiries and bookings over WhatsApp and SMS. On the cold email side, I worked on a campaign to UK physio clinics from July to September 2026. It sent 7,813 emails and got 250 replies, 18 of them interested leads. The goal is less manual admin for clinic teams and a steady flow of conversations for the agency.

Mar 2026 - Sep 2026 • 6 mos

I worked with Little Rock Property Buyers, building automation systems for their real estate operations. My work included AI powered SMS lead outreach and qualification, CRM workflows, custom dashboards, property lead processing, expense tracking, and contract workflow automation. I built workflows connecting tools such as n8n, Airtable, Supabase, Twilio, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Salesmate. My projects focused on reducing manual work, keeping lead and property records organized, automating follow ups, and helping the team manage enquiries and operations more efficiently.
