I work with online fitness coaches and personal trainers who have a Trainerize account but struggle with setting up their coaching system, organizing client information, uploading programs, or creating a smooth onboarding experience. I solve this by setting up and organizing Trainerize accounts so coaches can manage their clients, workouts, habits, check-ins, and coaching content more efficiently. I structure the platform around the coach's services and make the client experience simple to follow from onboarding through ongoing training. My work includes Trainerize account setup, client onboarding, workout program upload, exercise organization, training schedule setup, habit tracking, progress tracking, check-in setup, nutrition and meal plan organization, client management, and coaching workflow setup. I focus on creating an organized system that reduces manual work for coaches while giving their clients a clear and professional fitness coaching experience.
