Depending on the site, I can add installability, app icons and manifest, service worker and offline behavior, mobile-first UX improvements, caching, app-style appearance and push-notification support where technically suitable.
I first check the existing stack and business goal because not every website needs the same PWA setup. I can work with WordPress as well as suitable React, static or custom sites.
This service improves an existing website. It is not the same as rebuilding a native iOS or Android app. Message me with your URL before ordering so I can confirm what is possible and what should be included.

What do you need from me before we start?
Send the website URL, tell me what platform it uses if you know, and describe how you want the PWA to behave on phones and desktop. Please do not send passwords in the first message.
Can you convert a WordPress or WooCommerce site into a PWA?
Yes, where the existing setup allows it. I first check the theme, plugins, caching, login or checkout behavior and hosting before confirming the exact PWA scope.
Will the PWA be published in the Apple App Store or Google Play?
A PWA is normally installed from the browser and does not require an app store. Store packaging or native-app publishing is a separate scope if you need it.
Will the whole website work offline?
Not necessarily. Static content can often be cached, while checkout, login, live data and third-party services may still need an internet connection. I define this before the build.
Can you also improve mobile UX or performance?
Yes. Mobile layout, install flow, caching and selected performance improvements can be included when they are part of the agreed scope. Results also depend on hosting, plugins and third-party code.
