What files do you need from me to get started?
Ideally a layered design file (PSD, AI, or a PNG with separate layers) along with the text you want animated, like a price, tagline, or call-to-action. If you only have a flattened image or a single photo, let me know before ordering — that needs a different process and may affect delivery time.
Can you animate a photo that isn't a designed poster?
For a single flat photo without existing layers, I offer a separate gig for that since it involves extracting and separating the elements first. Message me before ordering so I can point you to the right package.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Revisions cover adjustments to the animation, timing, or text — not a full redesign of the original poster.
What formats will I receive?
MP4 in 1080p for Basic and Standard, and 4K for Premium. Let me know in advance if you need a different format or aspect ratio
Do you offer rush delivery?
Not right now — I'd rather deliver quality work on the timeline I promise than rush and risk mistakes. If your deadline is tight, message me before ordering and I'll let you know honestly if it's doable.
Can I use this for Instagram Stories or Reels as well as feed posts?
Yes — just let me know which orientation you need. Premium includes a second orientation if you want both a square feed version and a vertical story/reel version.
