The project involved development of a 9,250 SF retail store with parking, grading improvements, underground utilities, and a stormwater management system. Responsibilities included site layout coordination, detailed grading design, and utility profiling. Civil 3D surfaces were developed to ensure proper drainage, ADA compliance, and smooth tie-ins. Hydrologic modeling and hydrograph analysis were performed to evaluate pre- and post-development runoff, and the underground detention system was sized to meet local requirements.
