With an MA degree in Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen, I have spent many years working in various businesses on both sides of the recruitment process (as both a prospective employee and employer). I also have qualifications in; 120hr TEFL qualification, ECDL qualification, a diploma in Bookkeeping and Accounts, and many more. I have gained considerable experience in the recruitment process and have had the opportunity to coach many people over the years through their application and interview process. I love a challenge, so no job is too big or too small.
