I have run Japanese restaurants since 2010 and won the Hokkaido title at Omurice Stadium 2019 in Japan. Before that, I was a systems engineer for about 10 years. Work on concept, menu, food cost, pricing, staff, marketing and design. Won the Hokkaido title at Omurice Stadium 2019. Built our own QR table ordering system and social media automation.
