Great design and good communication regarding revisions, but a major issue with the technical delivery. The Premium package promises Vector Files, yet I was only provided with a PSD. Since I cannot scale the resolution to the level I need without the vector source, the 'Premium' value wasn't really there....

Good to work with, response time and revision time was pretty solid. Attention to detail could be improved and was not quite at the quality I was expecting. Nevertheless, solid results.

I feel like the designs were basic and I would have expected more from a professional design solution. I asked for revisions but in all honesty these were mildly done and i feel like the project just didnt meet my expectation.
