What's the difference between an automation and a knowledge base chatbot?
An automation removes a repetitive task. Example: send a Slack alert and create a QuickBooks invoice when a deal closes in HubSpot. A knowledge base chatbot is an AI your team can ask things like "what is our refund policy" or "find me last month's sales report." Both use AI for different jobs.
Will my company data stay private and secure?
Yes. Your data is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. Cloud deployments use your own API keys so data stays in your accounts with Anthropic or OpenAI. On-premise deployment available as an add-on for sensitive data.
What platforms and AI models do you build with?
Default stack: Claude and Anthropic MCP for AI, n8n for workflow orchestration. I also work with ChatGPT, Gemini, and open-source local models like Qwen and Llama. The right tools depend on your needs and where your data should live. We pick during the discovery call.
What does "system integration" mean and what tools can you connect to?
An integration connects two systems so they can share data. I work with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, QuickBooks, Stripe, and most modern business tools. If your tool has an API, I can probably connect it.
