Basic is usually fastest. Standard and Custom depend on scope, so I'll give you a real timeline once I know what you need, before you commit to anything.
Will I own the code and database once it's finished, or are you the only one who can access it?
It's fully yours once the project's delivered and paid for. No lock-in, if you ever bring in another developer, they'll be able to pick it up.
