I hate leaving reviews when I have to be somewhat negative. The artwork itself was very good, I'm very happy with it. But in this case I can't ignore the fact that the delivery was 4 days late when the order window was 3 weeks long. Admittedly, there were extenuating circumstances that couldn't be helped...

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. I provided feedback on the sketch and that feedback was expertly integrated into the final product. I would have preferred maybe a little bit more communication about the progress of the piece as it was being worked on, but other than that it was a good experience.
