I develop custom Claude Skills and workflows for teams that need Claude to follow a defined process, use the right information and return work in a consistent format. I start by mapping the task, its inputs, decision rules, expected output and points where a person needs to review or approve an action. For Claude skill development, I turn existing SOPs, prompts and process notes into focused SKILL.md packages. I write clear names and descriptions so Claude can select the right Skill, add instructions and examples, and include reference files or scripts when the task needs them. I test normal requests, missing inputs and requests that fall outside the Skill's purpose. I configure Claude Code workflows with CLAUDE.md, project context, Skills, commands, hooks and subagents where they support the process. I set permissions and review points, then connect approved files and business tools through MCP server integrations or APIs. When an existing connection cannot do the required job, I scope a custom MCP server separately. For Claude Cowork, I structure recurring research, document and content workflows around files, connectors and human review. This gives a team a repeatable way to run the task without rewriting instructions each time. I also troubleshoot workflows when Claude uses the wrong context, misses a step or calls the wrong tool. Before handover, I check whether each Skill activates when expected, produces usable output, handles incomplete information and respects access limits. I provide the Skill files, workflow instructions and maintenance notes, then explain how to run and update the setup.
