Well since I am a return customer I thought my pass work could have been reviewed as its a repeat of what I have ordered before. Other than that Mr. Emmanuel O. does excellent work, and I plan to use his skills again.

I had a challenge with my book cover. He advertised experience with IngramSparks. I did get the file to his commitment date, but he did not change anything and experienced the same problem. When I went back and explained the problem, with minimal effort he just took my example and made a pdf. Level of expertise is very low.

So disappointed. Unfortunately, this person was not communicative and did not respond to most messages we sent. We sent detailed requests for revisions of which he did very little. He later said he didn’t see that request which can't be true bc he wouldn't have known to make the few changes he did make....
