Shopify, WooCommerce (WordPress) and Squarespace. If you’re on another platform, message me first and I’ll tell you if I can help.
What if you can’t fix my issue?
I’ll tell you honestly before starting if I think it’s outside my scope. If I can’t resolve an order, I’ll work with you and Fiverr support on a cancellation or refund.
Do you need my login details?
I only need collaborator or staff access, not your owner account. You can remove my access when the work is done.
Will you back up my site before making changes?
Yes. I take a backup or duplicate the theme before changing anything, so changes can be reversed.
Do you fix payment and checkout problems?
Yes, that’s my top priority. Message me with the error or screenshot and I’ll tell you what’s likely causing it.
